Welcome to Menzo. These terms and conditions explain how you can use our website and services. By placing an order or visiting our site, you agree to follow these terms.

1. About Menzo

Menzo is a Pakistan-based clothing brand offering stitched and unstitched wear, men’s accessories, and tailoring services. We also provide delivery across Pakistan.

2. Placing an Order

You can place an order online by filling in the required details.
Make sure the information you provide (name, address, phone, etc.) is correct.
Once the order is placed, we’ll confirm it through WhatsApp, call, or email.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed and processed.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices shown are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
We accept payments through Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfers, and other available options.
Menzo can update product prices or offers anytime without notice.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan using reliable courier services.
Delivery time is usually 3–7 working days.
Menzo is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect address details.

5. Returns and Exchange

You can request an exchange or refund within 3 days after delivery if:
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong product or size
The product must be unused and in original packaging.
We do not offer cash refunds. Exchange or store credit will be provided.
You must pay return shipping unless the mistake is on our side.
