How to Request a Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

The product is damaged, stained, or defective
The item is incomplete or not the one you ordered
The size received is different from what you selected

Steps to Follow:

Share your order number, product details, and clear photos or videos showing the issue
If approved, you’ll need to send the item back to our address (return shipping cost will be paid by the customer)

Return Conditions

Once we receive the returned product, our team will check:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Tags and labels are attached
No signs of wear or damage

If the product meets our return standards, we will process your refund through Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.

If the item is used, damaged, or missing tags, no refund will be given. If you want the item sent back, a new shipping fee will be required.

Important Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging
Color differences due to screen display or lighting are not eligible for return
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect

How Long Will It Take?

After we receive your item and approve the return, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days
You will be updated through email or WhatsApp once the return process is complete
